Worst customer service. Be never been more upset in my life. I work in the fitness industry and have been a indoor cycling studio manager for the past 5 years. I took my first class for free and signed up for a membership thinking I would use the classes. When I realized I hadn't used any the first month - I called and attempted to cancel my membership. One if their front desk staff members named Matt informed me that I needed to cancel my membership in person. So I headed on over to the Orange Theory location nearest my work place and attempted to do so. When I arrived, one of their front desk staff members (male but can't remember his name, super sweet guy) informed me that he wouldn't be able to help me due to the fact that I had originally signed up at the other location which is where I would need to be in order to cancel my membership. He also told me that I didn't need to do it in person, he said to call the studio and have them do it for me over the phone. Let me remind you this completely contradicts what the other front desk person told me just hours before. At this point I'm starting to lose my patience, but I call them again and speak with a girl named Megan who says she will send me a document that I can electronically sign and send back. So I did just that. Finally checking his off my list. But wait - 30 days go by and I get charged ANOTHER $89! I've now spent a total of $270 for this meme era hip that I've never used. When I tried to explain to them what my situation - they were zero help and to be honest extremely rude. I've worked in this industry for years and love my job. I'm appalled with their behavior and response to my situation. I do not recommend giving them your credit card by any means and I would be very careful with this particular location for it's obvious their manager and front desk staff do not care about their clients. I understand these situations happen often and rules are meant to be followed but this was not ethical nor fair.
