  • On January 10th I received email from Car Beyond Store saying: "We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipment for your order and any inconvenience this may have caused. The manufacturer is having trouble keeping up with our orders lately so this is admittedly slowing us down more than what we consider to be acceptable. They have assured us that your item should be in our hands within a few days. Your shipping label has been printed to reserve your spot for the very next shipment that comes in. That way, it can be sent immediately from there." Because they printed the shipping label, even though they had nothing to ship to me, I could not change my order because it showed as "shipped". I never received the product I ordered! I sent email to Car Beyond Store asking that they contact me and they sent me the same email response that they had sent on January 10th! I sent another email asking that they cancel the order. I am still waiting for a refund! I will never order anything from this seller. Since I am not the only person who has had this experience with Car Beyond Store, I would not recommend this seller!!!!!
