  • My first experience with Yellow Cab, a few months ago was excellent so we made it a point to call them again for handicapped van taxi service. Made my reservation the night before, called again the day of the service and yet there was no handicap van available and they were still searching to try to find one. Apparently the sweet spot for those Vans at the airport what about the local residents that need handicap accessible van? Nearly made us miss a doctor's appointment. After frantically calling every cab service in Charlotte, ended up using City Cab for that service. Yellow Cab must know that handicap accessible vans are an absolute, whenever requested and there aren't many options available when they do not provide the service you need. Terribly disappointed!!! During one of my calls to check on the status someone answered "oh Lord" and hung up the phone and I never got a human after that.
