  • I decided to give this location another chance, mostly because I love their food, but the service is terrible. I called an order ahead and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived in 20 minutes and was told they were backed up and to wait an additional 5 minutes. Of course, 15 minutes later my order is still not ready. It would be nice if they told people who called ahead that the kitchen is "backed up" so I could go elsewhere if I'm in a rush. Looks like I won't be coming back again. It should never take 45 minutes to make a turkey sandwich.
