My husband and I found Healing Hands from a Groupon for massage. I have had massages from Tony on 4 or 5 occasions and my husband has had massages from both therapists. They are both excellent. Tony told me how great the chiropractor here was and how much she had helped him and since my husband struggles to live with severe back pain (arthritis & bulging discs) I decided to have him start treatment there. He has had chiropractic before with minimal results but each chiropractor is different. He joined with the monthly recurring membership for $59 and he has gone once a week for about 4 weeks now and his back is so much better. We went for a walk last night with uneven terrain and not a single complaint. Doing things just as simple as bending at the waist slightly to shave used to cause incredible pain and he can now do it pain free. Good chiropractic is not always for the faint of heart though. The first adjustment can hurt -- really hurt and you can be sore for a few days but then you should see improvement and if you continue to go until the acute symptoms are gone and then go in at least once a month for maintenance it can completely change your life. I had my first adjustment almost 30 years ago and my mother worked for chiropractors for many years. It really does work if you find a good one and stay committed to your health.
