  • I brought a new vehicle and it's been nothing but heartache. I've had it in to Jack Carter's six times for one issue. After every visit they tell me it is fixed or there is nothing wrong.The GM IntelliLink has serious problems. I can no longer pair my phone and the stops working all the time. Taking a vehicle to Jack Carter's is a waste of time. I wish I had never bought this vehicle.
