  • Easily one of the worst if not THE worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Starting with the fact they have no online application, meaning I have to drive all the way across town to apply. Non-refundable deposit, by the way, even if they deny you. I called their office to check their hours and they said they closed at 3:00 so anytime before then. I drove down there at 1:15 and they were locked with a sign on the door that said closed 1-2 for lunch. The lady didn't even think to mention that on the phone an hour prior? And then I drove back at 2:30 and they were locked again. I called repeatedly and left a message to get a call back days later to them saying they decided to close earlier that day. So I had to drive all the way back for them to tell me I was missing documents but there was no information ANYWHERE on what they needed to have our application. So I had to email them when I got home. Then I repeatedly checked in and emailed with no response for a week for them to say we needed more proof of income. I sent them everything and another week of emailing them with no response to finally call the lead realtor who told us they couldn't open the documents we sent through email but NO ONE thought to mention that for over a week to us? We are in a hurry to find a house waiting on them. I finally get ahold of the realtor, bring a whole stack of proof of 4x rent money in income, drive down, have a meeting, she said she will process it in the morning. We got a call in the morning that we were not approved- someone else got the house even though the night before they said NO ONE had applied yet. We proved we had more than enough income and they didn't even give us a chance, just picked the first person who came up after all we went through. Worst most unprofessional company ever. I went  back to get my paperwork and they were closed on Martin Luther King day even though I called and told them that Friday I would be coming on Monday and the receptionist didn't think to mention they would be closed. Just avoid!!!
