I booked a car online and when I went to get it they tried to give me a Chevy spark or an upgrade at my own expense. I booked a mid size car but they didn't have any (Parking lot if full of cars not a holiday week) I felt the guy totally ignored my online reservation and tried to give me something else because he never went over my reservation. He probably has a quota he has to make and the online reservations do him no good. Luckily I live here and not from out of town so I walked away and called customer service to find out why the difference ? they told me they should honor the price and I shouldn't have to pay for an upgrade if They don't have what i booked online. ...They told me to get them on the phone if they declined to give me the rate I booked for. I cancelled it i don't see why i would have to get on the phone again to try to get the same deal. Why book on line then. I went and booked a car online again at Dollar rental at the same location. I showed up to the counter and it took 3 min to get the ticket to pick the car I wanted and for the same exact price online. So save money make sure to go over reservation and if you have time call customer service if you have time to get what you book for or even better go somewhere else. I saved 96$ from original enterprise quote and even more from quote at the counter.
