  • 5 employees working, zero customers. They all look at you like they didn't want to help you. A young lady acted like she drew the short straw and finally asked what I needed. Left with no resolution to my problem. She said they were a third party representative to Cox and that I would have to go to another store or call and ask for customer loyalty. So sad.....
