  • Great tasting coffee but horrible service. The two employees kept talking to each other in between and during customers rather than giving their full attention. That's reason he screwed up on the mans order before me. Then when the lady made my drink I asked to double check if my shot was blended in and without even looking at me she said "yup". Not sure if she took offense that I asked a simple question but I'm pretty sure she's not getting paid to have story hour. I guess because they're in an airport they don't care since they won't have "regulars" but their lack of customer service is a bad reflection on their company.
