  • I decided to come here for my birthday because 1) The place looks cool and has a nice roof top patio 2) There is a section reserved upstairs that is more private and 3) they marketed birthdays well on the website (Free meal, Free cake with 10 or more people). I'll be honest--main reason was the cake! I called well in advance to make reservations for a party of 30 but was told reservations are not possible on the rooftop patio. Okay, understandable, I thought. So I asked for the second floor area. I was told that it is under construction and may be done by the date I requested, and if so, I would be able to get that section with my guests. I asked again about the meal and cake, the server confirmed. Then on the day I arrive, and there is no host to guide me. So I walk upstairs to the patio, and see that it is full. I go to the second floor, the construction was completed but there was another party there! After 15 minutes of walking around and no one to help me, I see an empty table and assume that's mine. My guests and I get seated, and that's that. Then the waitress informed us that she has no idea about anything the cake or meal. We pull up the website and show her what it says, and she shrugs and walks away. We ask other servers who also had no idea. One of them suggested that I go to a metro and buy myself a cake. Wtf? I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Would never go again.
