  • Aritzia is one of those stores that has always had a special place in my heart. As teen coming-of-age, this was a great place to get the cotton TNA sweaters & hoodies as it was 'cool' to wear name-brands back the anyway. Then in the university days, those Talula leggings were the perfect campus staple (paired with an awesome pair of boots and a blouse. Now as an adult, it's great to come here and look at some of their higher ticketed items, many of which have fantastic silhouettes, materials and shapes. My biggest con for Aritzia are the staff. I believe they work on commission so it's created this very 'fake' persona from their workers who it feels like will tell you anything you want to hear, in order to make a sale. Note to the Aritzia Yorkdale staff: Lighten up a bit and genuinely be polite to your customers :) When customers feel comfortable in your store, they are more likely to make a purchase.
