  • I wish if we can write a review without having to give any stars because they don't deserve a star I hope that my review could help new potential customers not to fell for their games I hope it's not too late I walked in to this location 3 months ago and I spoke to the rep their which happened to be the manager and I told him that I was looking for a new family plan and that I'm switching to sprint from at&t because of their lies and games about the monthly fees So he assured me that they are not like at&t and I'll pay what I sign for nothing more which sounded great so I got 6 new phones with him based on the promo that he said they were running back then which is buy 1 iPhone get 1 free and buy Samsung note 8 at 50% monthly payment So I got 2 iPhone 8 2 note 8 and 2 iPhone X that didn't have a promo on it My contract was $381,74 a month including insurance on all devices Sounded great and a good deal right!!!!!! Until first bill I paid $547,47 so I called and they told me that first bill is always higher because of prorate on first month but next month it would be less so I said no big deal Next month it came down to $484,57 so I called and walked into another sprint store and spoke to the rep there and I was really shocked listen to this and you tell me what you think!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1)There was no promotion when I signed up so I'm paying full price on the phones 2)there was no insurance included on my plan 3) the store that I made the contract at is a third party store and sprint can't help me I have to take it with his manager And when I spoke to the guy he said that he forgot that the promo expired and I can't break the contract because it's pass the 2 weeks trial period THATS SPRINT FOR YOU EVERYBODY AND IVE BEN TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO LISTEN TO ME AND HEAR ME OUT BUT THE CORPORATE TOLD ME THAT ITS MY WORD AGAINST THE MANAGER WORD AT THIS LOCATION SO PLEASE DONT GO IN THERE BECAUSE YOULL BE TRICKED AND FOR NOW I CANCELED THE SERVICE WITH SPRINT BUT I STILL HAVE THEIR PHONES SO IF THEY WANT THE PHONES I HAVE NO PROBLEM GIVING IT BACK TO THEM AFTER THEY CANCELL THAT BULLSHIT CONTRACT THET I SIGNED WITH THEM
