  • I whole-heartedly wanted to support a local company, but was hugely disappointed with the quality and service. I suppose they are local, in that they distribute locally, but still buy from the same crappy, unreliable suppliers others do. We ordered our furniture and were told 6 weeks max. It took 3 times that before we finally got it all. Then after experiencing the furniture for a while it became obvious that the quality was definitely not worth the price. We could have purchased something comparable for a lot less money. I would have rated them higher were they cheaper for what we purchased, but given the price to quality ratio, the value factor was non-existent. Then, to rub salt in the wounds, they kept emailing with promotions for their great upcoming sales and deep discounts. Big sales, where furniture was offered for a lot less than we paid. Bite me Bracko Brothers!
