  • After reading many reviews I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about purchasing furniture from AFW primarily based on others reviews about customer service and issues with exchanges. First of all my experience with customer service was great!! Our guy Jim Struensee was phenomenal and a pleasure to work with. The pickup process was smooth even if it took a little time to get our furniture but if you think about their warehouse, this was not a big deal at all. Every other furniture store makes you wait for delivery from their central warehouse where as here I can have my stuff now! Ok now comes the time when we get everything home and unloaded. Everything looked great however we had hardware which had some issues. Fearing the worse based on reviews, I contacted AFW and they gave me the option to have it fedex'd or pickup at the store. Went to the store and exchange took about 15 minutes. Warehouse guy was excellent and made the experience go very fast. Nice job AFW, we will definitely be back and will tell everyone about our experience!
