  • Bought a Groupon for a partial highlight, conditioner, and blow dry after I made an appointment for my daughter's ombre. When I called back to get the extra amount for the ombre, which I expected, they told me it'd be an ADDITIONAL $85.00. That's ridiculous considering their website says a partial highlight is $70.00 and an ombre is $75.00. They told me their website was wrong and an ombre is really $200.00! They didn't offer to honor my Groupon towards the $75.00 ombre. Now, I'm stuck with a $49.00 Groupon. I've since called several other salons and the ombre's are between $75.00 and $110.00. None of them were $200.00! Really bad business and really frustrating!
