  • My family has always always went to this hospital for everything including the birth of our baby girl. After the last two visits I am sad to say that we will no longer go here for anything. The staff is nice, skilled, and it is a clean hospital but the billing process is really messed up! Two billing errors in row for a significant amount of money and the hospital would not even give me a detailed invoice, customer service was beyond horrible with rude snippy comments. It took escalating the billing errors up two levels of management before the error was confirmed/resolved. The hospital staff will take good care of you but the billing process is more painful than whatever it was you went to the hospital for in the first place! Seriously, don't put yourself or family through this, go somewhere else.
