  • Hopefully I experienced opening jitters..!! The staff is ill prepared and ill trained to handle the volume of patrons they currently have. Customer service is not good at this time. 30 minute wait on Thursday afternoon. Got to golf bay and computer didn't work. Took 15-20 minutes for the "guest services" person to be found and show up. 10 minutes later he was frustrated but got it going and comped us an extra hour. 40 minutes in, the entire establishment blacked out and our computer locked up again. Don't forget your waiter is just that..a waiter..they are not educated in the ways of anything but bringing food. But she did try and find the "guest services" person who eventually showed up after my brother raised cane..!! After he showed up..it took this guy 10-15 minutes to reset the computer then he realized the bay had been rented for a corporate outing and made us move..!!! but he also comped us another hour and an appetizer for the problems. So we moved. Card still has 2 hours of play time on it but we decided to leave after playing only 1 hour. Leaving 1 hour of play time on the card. No where on the computer is there a place to click to save unused time..!!! Again, waiter has now idea how to save time or even if you can. Waited for "guest services " 5-10 minutes, we went to the main counter and was told YOU CAN NOT SAVE UNUSED TIME. WE WERE TOLD YOU MUST HAVE A "GUEST SERVICE" PERSON COME TO YOU BOOTH AND DO THIS FOR YOU. A very aggravating afternoon.
