  • I love Peoria Ford! My husband and I, and my daughter and fiance all visited the dealership last weekend. The customer service is excellent! We both came in with stock numbers of vehicles we saw on line, we were shown any vehicle we wanted. They honored the web price. No bait and switch, no pushy sales tactics. The finance department, sales manager were awesome! You will find happy Sales Reps everywhere, music playing, free lunch for all customers! Juan was our sales rep, he is so professional, friendly and very nice to deal with. The whole experience was amazing! A few days after we had our vehicle I received a phone call from him, just to see how we were enjoying our vehicle and to thank us again for coming to Peoria Ford. I plan on buying another vehicle for my youngest daughter in a few months, I will not shop anywhere else. The vehicles to choose from there are the best! At the end of the day you want to be treated with respect, kindness and like a friend. Peoria Ford has it all! I highly recommend!
