If it were possible to give zero or negative stars I would. Not all technicians are created equal, we have had a few over the last several months that have been helpful and knowledgeable, but others that were down right awful.
Had our unit replaced through them when the repairs were not being covered from our home warranty, one of their techs misstepped in our attic, breaking through our closet ceiling. After arguing with many "managers" and others, the ceiling was repaired, unit installed. Days later someone else came out to fix and finish the install that was left not done correctly. And again weeks later had someone else come back out again to find the PLASTIC COVERED MANUAL STILL ATTACHED TO NEW FURNACE UNIT IN ATTIC and was causing problems!!! You would think with amount of money $$$$$ we spent replacing our HVAC unit with them they would show some appreciation for our business, or try to offer some kind of discount when we had another repair needed to a leak in a refrigerant line and recharge of refrigerant. But instead they wanted to charge us more than two times as much as any other company. When you try to call the office manager, or anyone other than dispatch, good luck leaving message after message and you might get a call back.
