I was a resident of this community for a year, and my lease ended sometime around Sep 2015 - just under two years ago. I received a letter the other day stating there was an unpaid balance on my account (which is less than $15). EIGHTEEN MONTHS after moving, I get this letter threatening with collections if not paid in full, stating this is their final attempt to collect. Not ONCE was I contacted regarding this.
During my time in this community, my unit experienced sever damage during the heavy rains and flooding in 2014 - it was NEVER repaired.
They were kind enough to offer a week in a local extended stay property, and I did refuse after hearing of possible roach and bedbug infestations at the property they offered.
Pest control also seems to have been an issue, and I was told I could either wait a month for the exterminator during his monthly visit, or I could pay out of my own pocket.
The reason I had not posted reviews until this point is simply because I wanted to be done with these apartments, and for the sole reason of the community director at the time of my residency who did everything she could to make my time bearable (I believe this person is no longer with the property). This was by far the WORST experience I've had while renting, and come to find out I'm not even finished with them...
