  • If I could give them no stars I would. I called ahead of time to ask if I could come in and they told me yea, I didn't make a appointment but I told them I would be there around 10, I ended up coming 30 mins later and they told me it would be a wait, I said I can wait I don't mind but they just acted like they didn't want to do my nails period. I normally go to the nail salon by my job but since this is closer to my house and I have the day off I decided to come here. Waste of my time! I ended up going to the nail salon I normally go to even if that is a little further. Smh no customer service skills at all.
