Horrible customer services experienced while trying to contact the hotel main number to verify microwave available in room. The phone continued to ring and I was placed on hold numerous times. This was a 16 minute phone call in which I spoke with someone once, and then the call dropped. I hope this is not the same service that I experience upon check in! Also, Alicia at central reservations dropped my call when asked if could route me to hotel. Not sure if intentional however, she had all my information on her computer screen and could easily call me back to continue conversation. Not pleased with this level of service.
