| - I've eaten a lot of macarons, and these are hands down the best ones I've had. Not only are they incredibly well-made (perfect texture, which is very hard to achieve), but their flavors are innovative and not like the ones you'll get at most patisseries - among the options are raspberry-rosemary, lime-basil, lavender-blueberry, maple taffy, chocolate-sesame, and peach-black tea (and there are so many others).
We had 8 macarons there this afternoon and are going back on Wednesday before we leave Montreal for a huge box, including the savory ones Jennifer M mentioned - I didn't notice these!
In short, you MUST go here, even if you think you don't like macarons. This place is amazing.
