  • I went in to the luxor to pick up tickets for the blue man group vip seating ...their computer was down and i waited til the gentlemen came out, he said to pick up the tickets downstairs at the Michael Jackson area, i looked confused-which I was...i was irritated because it was inconvenient since I was at the blue man group ticketing dept, I went downstairs and as soon as I walked to the Michael Jackson area he was there and said hey "I figured since you were confused I would come down and make it easier for you, " that was sooooo sweet , I wish I remembered his name, that's what you call AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE 1-25-18 at around 8ish pm...reason it got 4stars valet was EXTREMELY SLOW and ridiculously slow , unacceptable..I kept my tip and more money in my pocket
