  • I woke up with no hot water, then called Lawson's Family Plumbing because they are a local, small business and talked to a REAL person who scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Kevin arrived at the scheduled time then checked the hot water tank and found that the heating elements were not working. He replaced the heating elements and voila... hot water again. I asked if the incoming water valve needed to be replaced because it had some corrosion around it but Kevin said that it is normal for Arizona with its hard water. He said it didn't need to be replaced. Kevin was very professional and honest. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
