  • If you have read my reviews for The Bay, you might know that I have a bit of a vendetta against the Hudson's Bay Company. I despise The Bay, but I would say my feelings towards Home Outfitters are more like a strong dislike. I will shop here, but not for anything that I think I might need help with. Anytime I have tried asking for help in the past, the following has happened: - Can't find anyone - Can't find anyone who can speak English - Can find someone but they don't work in that department. They page someone who does work in that department, and no one shows up. - Can find someone and they do show up, but they have absolutely no clue how to help you. So based on experience, the bottom-of-the-barrel 1-Star customer service you get at The Bay also extends to Home Outfitters. Thankfully their shelves are generally pretty well-stocked, so fingers crossed that you don't need any actual assistance! I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they do have pretty much anything you could possibly need for your home - cleaning, bath, bedding, baking, you name it. I've gotten some good deals on Sophie Conran pieces, as they generally have some good sales.
