  • Decided to do a review on this place now, better late than never right? If Pacific Mall had a baby, it would be this. First Markham Place or better known to locals as FMP is the junior version of the Pacific Mall & Markham Village combo. The mall itself is so small that you could finish walking the whole thing in less than 20 minutes (okay let's be fair, and say 30 minutes lols). The highlight of FMP comes in the food market; it is literally surrounded by amazing food (e.g., AYCE Sushi, Vietnamese food, Taiwanese food, Desserts, Korean Food, etc.). It is a small Asian pocket of Markham that boasts a lot of traffic. This leads me to the next discussion, parking. It is a total nightmare, even after the theatre closed down, there STILL isn't enough parking. This mall knows no limits.
