rev:text	I came to be treated for a 2nd degree burn on both of my hands. After the initial incident, I went to a NextCare Urgent Care for treatment and they were not very helpful. They dressed my wounds, gave me Neosporin, and sent me on my way. I decided to go to FastMed in Goodyear for a follow up a few days after the incident as I have always had great experiences from FastMed. I was in excruciating pain with enormous blisters covering my right hand, they got me in right away and I was seen by FNP Shera Tonazzi. She was AMAZING!!! She took her time with the exam and ended up having to debride my wound and was very patient with my pain level. She made sure I knew what sort of healing time to expect and how to properly dress my wound. She had stellar bedside manner as I was pretty emotional about the pain and the extent of the injury. She wrote me a pain prescription, as well as a cream specifically for burns. I will only go to FastMed Urgent Cares from now on.
