  • Frost may offer a lot of samples, but when it comes to placing an actual order, Frost is not flexible. We tried to order a small cup with two flavors but they refused to make it. Frost's employee said we needed to order a medium or large to do so. So much for portion control and Frost's low-calorie advertisements. We just walked away. And this was after a 10-minute wait at lunchtime (with only one employee behind the counter). Better, more-flexible options are everywhere...
