  • I don't even know where to begin. I went to refinance my Jeep, and no bank will touch it, everyone one I have spoken to says I got screwed over on my terms and they don't even know how they got a bank to approve it. Yes maybe i should have questioned it more, the finance manager said stick out for a year, make your payments on time for a little over a year and you'll get a way better rate and terms. Wrong, no bank will take it because the loan amount it so much larger than what the car is worth. Two bankers told me I should just drop it in Mexico. On top of that the Service department is absolutely horrible. Every time I take my Jeep in to get fixed they forget 1/2 the stuff I asked them to look over or repair or something comes back wrong. Took it for an oil change and check in light was on and had to power. Ended up being they forgot to plug in a sensor! I just got it back yesterday to fix some rear panels that were popping out, they ordered new ones replaced them and one side is popping out worse than it was when I took it in. My service guy never answers is phone or text to his phone. I picked it up from another tech and he said oh that's normal. Spent $800 because my brakes were squeaking, which they said it was fine and to not use tire dressing anymore, drove off started squeaking. I brought it in a 2nd time along with the panels to be replaced, and couple other things. Brakes are still squeaking, and techs couldn't recreate the issues I was having. I even took video of each issue to show them, and their response and they can't do anything. Would not recommend anyone taking their vehicles here. ~B~
