I'm sorry but this was awful.
All the food tasted like it came straight from a can or a super value tub from a discount grocery; the bread disintegrated into a soggy mess. Everything was served on thin paper plates that soaked through with grease and stuck to the table.
The owners should check out New Orleans Takeout just down the road and see how similar-ish food can be done well. We want you to succeed but this isn't getting there.
Suggestions: get better quality plates; cook food fresh and vary what you offer if it means you can offer higher quality; make it seem as if
