  • We took our car to Steves to fix a broken motor mount. The work was performed and we left, but the engine vibrations started happening again a few days later. So we took it back, and they looked at it, and one of the mechanics said that the mount had slipped and needed to be replaced. He said to bring the car back when they werent so busy and they would fix it. So we did, but when we brought it back, the owner told us he didnt know what was wrong with it and that we should "Take it somewhere else" . I have never heard a garage say take your car somewhere else. So, it seems to me that despite the glowing reviews of this place (and we had the car here a few times before with no problems) that Steve does not stand behind his work. The car was brought in to diagnose the problem, it was diagnosed, but not fixed, and then the owner tells us to take it somewhere else. Well, we will, from now on. We will never go back.
