Very cool place. This is what I would consider a dive bar. It had a rustic industrial, almost gothic, theme. The signature cocktails were captivating and not drowned in sugar to eliminate the taste of good booze. I didn't get to check out the patio, but the bartender informed me that, weather permitting, most people go out for smoking and game play. There's also a pool table and live bands that play often. The establishment is smaller and the drinks are priced based on the growing interest in the arts district. It's definitely a place I would frequent and it's great for a casual night out with friends. The music isn't so loud that you can't have a conversation either. Great place.
