  • Horrible Service! Went for an oil change and was overcharged and had warning lights come on after they changed the oil and rotated the tires. The worst part was we had to call them 3 times about this and never got a call back. Finally went down there and rather than address the issue they made excuses and treated my wife like she was clueless about cars. Then had the audacity to ask us to give them 10's on there CSI (customer satisfaction index), which is what the dealership is rated on for bonuses. If you have any option take your car someplace else!
