  • Actually I give this location zero stars. My mother went in there this morning on her way to work. She used the drive thru and ordered a medium vanilla iced coffee when the girl repeated her order back she said medium vanilla coffee cream and sugar my mother said no ICED she said ok drive around. When my mother got to the window they handed her a medium hot coffee and she said no I ordered it iced. They then proceeded to just pour the hot coffee into a plastic cup and add ice, which is unacceptable because I used to work for a different Dunkin and the process for making the iced coffee in the morning is completely different from the hot coffee. Needless to say we won't be back to that location and we will tell everyone we know to avoid that location as well.
