| - TERRIBLE!!!!!! read till the end cause best part happend in morning!!!
My boyfriend made reservation for 2 beds room, we were travelling from California, he went to the desk, paid and got 2 room keys and ask for morning call to wake him up and late check out. The lady said that the late check out is 11.30am- 12pm so he said that probably 11.30 will be fine. I was outside smoking. When we get to the room it smelled terrible like someone was smoking there for weeks and we asked for no smoking room, even tho that Im smoking I hate this smell inside the room, and there was blood drops on the floor which actually was scary. So ... There comes the morning, no wake up call damn we are late for our meetings, 11.30 we wake up and going to take shower - 11.40 loud knockong to the door, my bfriend going to check the door (NAKED) cause it sounds like someone gonna brake to the room. And here he open the doors and here it is security guy with the GUN shauting that we have 5 min to leave the room, WTF 10 minutes late and actually it was between 11.30 and 12 pm so we still had time, guy is telling that we have no time we have to leave now, and that he have guest in the room and he cant have guests???? My boyfriend tried to explain everything but he didnt care, he said that we are more than one hour late ???!!!! HE TRIED TO CALL DESK BUT PHONE WAS DEAD, cable was ripped and noone fixed that before! So they kicked us out some of the security guy friends came and he started to shout that we cant be here that he is baned from the motel and if we go talk to the desk he will arest him. So we turn around to get to the car and security guy shout that we cannot be here and started to read the law to my bfriend as he was about to arest him ( he was following us lol) when we told him that there is our car he let us go to the car (wow) and started following the car. After all my bf called the desk and the asistent menager Brenda told him exactly same thing, that he was more than one hour late, that he get a guest, and she was not listening thing about the late check out which he made and 2 beds and 2 keys he got, she said he is banned and if he ever come here he will be arrested. She didnt want to give him her last name same but she was open to give full name of main menager. Brave. So we called the main office and they were shocked and are taking care of the case now.
Great job motel 6! When ur guest who PAY YOU MONEY are asleep cause you dont wake them up as requested point gun on them!!! They never come to ask why we are late - when we were actually not, they didnt send the cleaning lady, they started from guns and kicking out like we were criminal!!! AMAZING SERVICE :/ Stay away from this place there is many other where they can trat you like a guest not criminal.
Updated: next day we stayed at Motel Super 8 its really close and cheaper and much cleaner and much more friendly! Stay there :)
