  • Very positive experience!! Adam and DJ are helpful, kind and had great attention to detail. My laptop had gotten a virus and I found this place on Yelp. A few days later, I got a call from Adam only to discover that the damage was more than we had expected-my laptop had some serious hardware issues too. The repair costs should have rightfully increased (along with the cost of parts), but Adam was considerate and thoughtful of my financial situation and kept the costs the same. Actually, at the time I received the phone call, Adam mentioned that the laptop was still under diagnostics, and that he wouldn't have charged me anything despite having spent so much time on my 5 year old laptop. I am very happy that Adam and DJ restored my laptop back to full function, and they cut me a 50% discount in addition. They could have easily just turned me down, given the long repair time and affordable prices that I was charged, and that "No business is too small or unimportant for us" vibe is very hard to find these days. I was ready to cough up the money for a new laptop, but Adam and DJ made that unnecessary for me. I will definitely come back here for any computer related issues I have in future, and will fully recommend people to come here for their computer needs.
