  • Bottled my own beer just about a week ago and I already want to go back. There are so many options it's almost overwhelming. When we got there to brew, we only had a vague idea of what we were looking for. We described some of the beers that we liked and the staff was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. Once we made our selection it was off to the ingredients. Overall it took about 2 hours for our brewing appointment with plenty of time between steps to enjoy the massive beer list at Hough's next door. Went back 2 weeks later to bottle some of the best beer I have had in a while, and I'm not only saying that because I made it. Just be aware that you get A LOT of beer to take home with you. I recommend going in with a group of 4-5 people to split the cost and the beer. That way you will drink it faster and get to go back again!
