  • What can you say about a place that has every variety of alcohol, a helpful and knowledgeable staff, and holds tastings every weekend? Nothing. There are no words. But because I am so enamored with this establishment, I will say this. it is my favorite store of any kind, bar none. I visit it every other week or so and constantly find new beverages that entice me. The staff goes out of their way to help you find what you want, or find something you didn't even know you liked. Prices are reasonable, and many wines come with descriptions posted nearby. And no, it isn't just wine. It is all manner of adult libation. Everything from fine tequilas to whiskeys to sake can be found under this roof. If you are looking to learn more about various drinks, come in on weekends and enjoy samples of wine and liquor. If you really want to learn more, Total Wine offers classes that focus on different wines, depending on your interest. If you prefer to learn on your own, come in and pick up a free copy of the Total Wine Guide to Wine, a terrific primer that goes through every conceivable winemking region and discusses what they make and howbthey make it. It is a terrific guide for folks at all level of wine knowledge. I could go on and on, but that would spoil the fun. This is one of those places you need to see for yourself. See you there!
