  • Tried calling on August 21 several times. No answer left a message. Decided to book an appointment on line, easy and convenient. 9 am August 22, please arrive 15 minutes early. Great I would be in and out and have the rest of the day. Waited until 9 watching the door. No movement went to the door and hours are 10-6. Okay went home and came back at 9:45, waited until 10:15. Small sign says closed August 21-23. Watched 4 or 5 potential customers have the same frustration. This may be unusual for the owners but don't allow on line bookings if your closed, change your answering machine to reflect a closure. Bad customer service, will not trust them with my "spa" treatments Update; the business contacted me an apologized. I will give them another try when I'm in the area. But will call to confirm before driving over
