  • Cowboy Ciao is the one-of-a-kind place that makes discovering restaurants will traveling become super fun. Hard to describe the cuisine when you can get anything from a Korean-inspired-short rib to wild mushroom ragout over polenta. Or a chopped salad that includes arugula, dried corn and trail mix in a ranch dressing. I know, this all sounds incredibly weird but it works. Wild west regional meets international fusion? I don't know what to label the food, but the food rocks. The scene is buzzy and hip. Lots of done-up Scottsdale types. But still plenty of jeans being worn there...jeans done just so, but still jeans. Really fun decor that helps diners be happy. Totally fun and satisfying!
