  • I have been coming to The Loft for over a year now. Everyone is always nice, they say hi and smile. It's not like some salons where you walk in and the girls are snotty. It is clean and they have excellent customer service. I go to Dawna for my hair and I will never go to anyone else. I got my eyebrows waxed there and the lady (I can't remember her name) is awesome. I tell everyone about The Loft and when they went, they fell in love! Oh! They sell awesome purses too!!!!!!!!
