  • This is one of my favorite cake shops from my gluten-filled past. I still dream of these cakes. My husband used to get me one every year for my birthday and oh.my.goodness. So soft, moist, chocolatey and flavorful. The cakes are also gorgeous. The decorations aren't just your typical green happy birthday frosting. They use gold and add in little gold beads. They have an amazing selection and can make adaptions to suit your needs (I believe they now do gluten free as well - but since husband no longer lives in Thornhill, we haven't had a chance to go back). They also sell pastries and other Eastern European delights. The prices are very reasonable - especially for the quality of the cakes. The only downside is location. The parking lot is a nightmare. Super crowded and busy. Honestly though, for the 5-10 mins you're inside, who cares! So so so worth it! Go, buy a cake, and be happy!
