  • Where do I even begin?!?! From the poor quality, to not taking ownership of irresponsible service on multiple occasions and not honoring their own warranty of their product.Their lack of professional conduct, and shady sales tactics are horrific. They are a flooring company NIGHTMARE! I have been given new information about our experience with this shoddy company that we are inclined to not only take this to the ROC, and the attorney generals office, but maybe even file a report with our local police department for a possible criminal investigation. BUYER BEWARE!
