Came here after having lunch at Me Va Me in Downtown Markham. I've heard of this joint from other people previously and wanted to just give it a try. Was also having a craving for some HK milk tea. This place is like any other Chinese bakery but definitely more upscale and fancier. As well, the prices are almost triple the price for average bakeries. They sell everything from Chinese buns to tong sui ( Chinese liquid dessert) and set meals. The ambience is quite nice and somewhat European. They have nice tiles, even a coffee grinder and fancy machine for coffee. I ordered a milk tea and a Japanese lava egg tart which was truly overpriced at $2.50 a piece but had a cheese cake taste and the crust was very flaky. The milk tea (small) was around $1.85 which is also on the pricier side but pretty standard, and it was good.
