Let me start, I own a travel agency. Two of my clients went to Sugar Factory after winning a $100 certificate. They are young and were very excited. They arrived and ordered their special drinks and some beautiful burgers. They posted pictures that were amazing. I had decided this would be one of my go to sellers to my clients when visiting Las Vegas. Well a few days after leaving the restaurant my client observed that her credit card had been charged $180 for the tip. They were very upset to say the least. So they called their travel agent, me. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manage. Of course he referred me to cooperate. Called cooperate and spoke to a gentleman there that said he would investigate and get back to me. He would also email me a invitation to return and the bill would be on him. Well you know that never happened we never heard from them again. This is highly unacceptable. Definitely bad for my travel business. Boycotting Sugar Factory, shame on you...
