  • Solid hotel in the heart of downtown Charlotte, within walking distance of all the places you may want to visit. I was on the eleventh floor, which was very quiet, and my room was comfortable. Features I liked: - sink outside the bathroom - lots of storage space for clothes, so I could unpack properly during my three-night stay - Keurig coffee maker - microwave and fridge, perfect for storing and heating leftovers There is a comfortable lobby area with TVs, and I found the front desk staff friendly and responsive. They also have a courtesy shuttle, which I availed of on the day I checked out - hitching a ride to the Charlotte Convention Center several blocks away. And you get all this for the reasonable price of$165 per night (before taxes), which means I will happily stay here again.
