| - This has been the most trying time of our lives. We were just released today. This facility, and all that work here, are the epitome of care and compassion. While a hospital setting, it sure didn't feel like one. I don't know all the names, but the amazing experience started the moment we arrives, through Lavonne (hope I spelled that right). What a gem she is. As a recruiter by trade, would hire her in a second. Next, Julie, Dr. Barnes, and all of the staff were just amazing. It's a shame that I can't recall the long list of supportive names, because there were so many.
This even transcends to the cafeteria staff. Again, as a recruiter, where and how are they finding the true empaths to employ. It's phenomenal.
While I've never spent time in a rehab hospital like I have now (family, not patient), I can't see going elsewhere.
Their programs, while clinical, are far greater. They incorporate, and accommodate fully, the family. The extent of this is amazing. Well done, HealthSouth!!
