  • The Beehive in Bank of America Plaza is one of those stores that you can get lost in and, even though it's small, you can browse around and before you know it an hour has gone by. With all sorts of off-beat items and home decor, you really can't go wrong here. If you need a gift this is definitely a good place to go. On display they have bath items, like lotions and soaps and gift sets, faux floral arrangements, candles, ceramics and other table top items, and items for your pet, to name a few. Two things that seem to stick out in my head where the bohemian looking tissue box, which holds the rectangle shaped box, and it stands up long ways. It's a ceramic head, and you pull tissues through the nostrils - looks ridiculous and hilarious all at the same time. The second thing was called "Poo-pourri" - a new spray from an Austin based company that you leave in your bathroom for guest to spritz before they, um, do their...business. As the shelf-talker boasts: "You make it a rule not to invite party poopers to your shindigs. But everyone has a crappy day from time to time." Very funny...
